Violence of Lipstick

I use lipstick as a self-effacing tool. The surfaces painted are unbreakable walls, which even if semi-transparent, prevent a very much desired expression to come through. The project is an attempt to do what society expects from you and how in spite of it, the result is still deformed. It is the physical and emotional need to press against surfaces to bring down transparent barriers. It is the loss of your own self in the attempts to exert that force.
